I’ve noticed something interesting.
Sometimes the moment I understand what I’ve been carrying, it no longer feels quite as heavy.
Not because it is gone.
Not because I’ve solved it.
But because I can finally see it.
Recently, I realized that many of my fears, insecurities, and questions were connected by a deeper wound: rejection.
The realization didn’t instantly heal anything.
Yet something changed.
The burden became lighter.
The confusion gave way to clarity.
I think healing often begins there.
Not when we fix ourselves.
Not when we become stronger.
But when we finally see clearly what has been there all along.
What is hidden controls us. What is seen can begin to heal.
